Named for hope.Built for work.
Steady, respectful support for families who need it most.
Expanding access to education, livelihood, and basic healthcare for underserved families, men, women, and children alike.
Help, built to last.
The Foundation puts structure around a simple idea: help should outlast the moment it is given.
So we back families through the long middle: the terms, the seasons, the years after the photograph. And we keep going once the attention moves on.

Three programmes, funded for years.
Education for children, skills for livelihoods, and community health. Each funded to last, not to photograph well.
See all three in detailKeep bright children in class.
Too many brilliant children leave school because the fees run out. We pay by the term and stay with each child from one year to the next, rather than covering a single day and moving on.

03How we work
Compassion with a plan.
The Foundation is independent, and it holds itself to four rules.
- 01
Dignity
We ask before we act. Recipients are partners, not props.
- 02
Years, not days
Help measured in school years and working livelihoods, not in one-day events.
- 03
Verified
Quiet, measured help that the communities we serve can check for themselves.
- 04
Independent
Not a celebrity campaign, and not a one-day giveaway.

04From the field
Skill was never the problem.
Many of the people we meet already have a skill. What they lack is starter capital.
So the training comes with the means to begin, and we stay close enough to know whether it worked.
See the workNot every need fits inside a programme.
Education, skills and health are the three things the Foundation funds by the year. But the work does not stop where the programmes end. It shows up wherever someone is at risk of being overlooked.
The Foundation is her way of turning private compassion into public action: relief for displaced families, community initiatives in the African diaspora, and creative campaigns that keep people visible. The aim is simple. No one should have to disappear just because life became hard.

No one should have to disappear just because life became hard.
Displacement, poverty and isolation strip people of dignity long before they lose everything else. The Foundation exists to restore it.

Help someone stand again.
Give once, or give often. Either way it goes straight into the work, and stays there.
